This offer is the official proposal of Grottix to enter into a contract for digital services under the terms set out below.
This Public Offer (hereinafter — the "Offer") is the official proposal of "Grottix" (hereinafter — the "Service Provider") to an unlimited number of persons to enter into a contract for digital services under the terms defined herein.
Acceptance of the Offer means full and unconditional acceptance of all its terms in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Client with the following services: website SEO promotion; targeted advertising setup and management; Google Ads setup and management; website development and support; comprehensive digital marketing.
The specific list of services, scope and deadlines are defined in the Technical Specification or invoice signed by both parties.
The contract is deemed concluded from the moment of acceptance of this Offer. Acceptance means: payment of the invoice issued by the Service Provider; signing a separate agreement; sending a written confirmation to the Service Provider's email.
From the moment of acceptance, the Client confirms that they have read the terms of the Offer and accept them in full.
The cost of services is determined in the invoice or commercial proposal sent to the Client. Payment is made by bank transfer to the Service Provider's account.
Unless otherwise agreed, services are paid 100% in advance before work begins. The Service Provider may change pricing with at least 14 calendar days' notice to the Client.
The Service Provider undertakes to: deliver services with quality and within agreed deadlines; keep the Client informed of progress; maintain confidentiality of the Client's data.
The Client undertakes to: provide necessary materials and access in a timely manner; pay for services within the agreed terms; provide feedback on results within 5 business days.
The Service Provider is not liable for results dependent on third parties (search engine algorithms, advertising platforms), nor for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client.
In case of late payment, the Client shall pay a penalty of 0.1% of the overdue amount for each day of delay.
The parties undertake not to disclose confidential information obtained during the cooperation to third parties without the other party's written consent. This obligation remains in effect for 3 years after the agreement ends.
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Grottix.
This Offer takes effect from the date of publication on grottix.ua and remains valid until withdrawn or replaced. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Offer unilaterally by publishing an updated version on the website.
